Tomato and Raw Mango Chutney is a tangy and flavorful chutney made with ripe tomatoes and raw mango, blended with spices to create a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy taste.
Raw mango – 1
Tomatoes – 3
Garlic – 4–5 cloves
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green chillies – 2–3 (chopped)
Mint leaves – few
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Coriander leaves – few
1. Heat a pan and add oil. Add the halved tomatoes, raw mango, and garlic.
2. Cover and cook until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
3. Then remove the skin of the tomatoes.
4. Take a chopper and roughly chop the raw mango pulp, tomatoes, garlic, onion, green chillies, and mint leaves.
5. Then take a mixing bowl, add the mixture, and add red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt.
6. Then add the cooked tomato juices and coriander leaves. Mix well.
