Kokam Tival is a refreshing and cooling beverage made with kokum, coconut milk, and mild spices, offering a tangy, slightly sweet, and soothing flavor.
1 ltr Water
2 slit green chillies
½ tsp Black Salt
½ cup Jaggery powder
¼ cup Kokum Agal
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
For tadka
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp hing
½ tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1. Add water in a bowl. Add green chilli and slightly mash it
2. Add salt, jaggery, kokum agal, coriander and mix well
3. For tadka, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing curry patta
4. Pour the tadka over the kokam tival and mix well
5. Serve and enjoy
